This policy explains what personal data we collect at apartamentos-ixa.com, what we use it for and what you can do about it. It is written in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What we collect and why
Visiting this site does not oblige you to give us any data. We only process what you write to us yourself:
- Request form: name, email address, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, the apartments you are interested in and the message you write. We use them to reply with availability and price, and to manage your stay if you end up booking. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Email and telephone: if you write or call us directly, whatever you tell us in that conversation, for the same purpose.
- IP address: when you submit the form we store a hashed summary of your IP for one hour, only to stop automated submissions. It cannot identify you and it deletes itself. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.
We do not profile you, we take no automated decisions, and we do not send you advertising unless you ask for it. We have no newsletter.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or share your data. It is processed, on our behalf and only for the above, by the provider that hosts this site and by the ixa.cat mail server, and it is passed to the company’s own booking management system. Beyond that, it is disclosed to the authorities only where a law requires it — for example, the traveller register kept for the Ministry of the Interior if you stay with us.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept while we deal with the enquiry and, after that, for up to five years — or sooner, if you ask us to delete them. If you stay with us, the details of the stay are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and traveller-register rules require. The IP summary, one hour.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, to object to it and for portability. Write to ixa@ixa.cat or to C/ de Viladordis 156, 08243 Manresa (Barcelona), Spain, enclosing a copy of a document that identifies you.
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting what was processed before. And if you think we have not done things properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Not giving us the form details simply means we cannot reply to you.
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses no analytics and no advertising, and it loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. The map is served by OpenStreetMap and loads only if you press the button to see it; until then your browser connects to no server outside this site. The detail is in the cookie policy.
